SAMSUNG YALETA UHAKIKA NA MFUMO WA “E-WARRANTY”.

Meneja masoko wa Kampuni ya Samsung nchini, Sylivester Manyara(wa tatu kushoto) akiwaonyesha baadhi ya wakazi wa jiji la Dar es Salaam namana  ya droo inavyochezesha na washindi wanavyopatikana wakati wa kuchezesha droo ya mwezi iliyochezeshwa Mwenge Dar es Salaam

 
Dar es Salaam: Kwa mara nyingine tena Kampuni ya Samsung Tanzania imechezesha droo ya mfumo wake wa “E-Warranty”, washindi walitangazwa katika hafla iliyoandaliwa katika Stendi Kuu ya Mwenge, jijini Dar es Salaam. Mfumo huu wa “E-Warranty ni mbinu inayotumiwa na Kampuni ya Samsung kama jinsi ya kukumbana na bidhaa feki zinazopatikana kwenye soko la Tanzania.
Mfumo huo wa e-warranty unawasaidia wateja kujua kama simu ya Samsung ni halali au ni feki. Wateja wanapaswa kusajali simu zao pale wanapozinunua na hivyo kupata dhamana ya miezi 24.
Meneja Mkuu wa Samsung Tanzania, Bwana Kishor Kumar akizungumuza na waandishi wa habari alisema “Mfumo wa E-Warranty imeonyesha kwamba ni mbinu bora zaidi dhidi ya kukumbana na bidhaa feki kwani wateja wengi wanasajili simu zao. Tunawahimiza wateja wetu  waendele kutuunga mkono kwa kununu bidhaa bora na kuzisajili na hivyo kupata nafasi ya kujishindia bidhaa kabambe za Samsung katika droo zetu”.
Washindi wanaweza kushinda zawadi 1 kati ya hizi 10: Televisheni 1 aina ya LED ya inchi 32, laptop 1, Kamera 3, home theatre 3 na simu 2 aina ya Galaxy Grand.
Bwana Kumar aliendelea kusema “ Licha na kujua kama simu mteja anayotaka kununua ni bora au feki, mfumo wa e-warranty unawasiadia wateja kujua kama simu hiyo inadhama ya miezi 24, kama simu hiyo inatafutwa au imeibiwa na kama simu hiyo ni mpya au imeshatumika”.
Kujua kama simu ni halali, mteja anatakiwa kufuta maelekezo yafuatayo: Tuma ujumbe na neno ‘Check’ ikifuatiwa na alama ya nyota (*) kisha namba ya IMEI, ikifuatiwa na alama ya reli (#) na kutuma kwa namba ‘15685’. Ujumbe unatumwa moja kwa moja kuelezea hadhi ya simu hiyo ya Samsung.
“Mfumo huu wa e-warranty ulianzishwa haswa kukabiliana na changamoto moto inayoikumba soko la simu za mkononi huku Tanzania na Afrika Mashariki kwa ujumla, ambapo kuna simu nyingi ni za bandia, za wizi, zilizotumika na simu ambazo hazina dhamana”, alisema Bwana, Kumar.
Bwana Kumar alimaliza kwa kusema ‘ili kuboresha huduma zetu za mfumo wa e-warranty, wateja watakaonunua simu aina ya Galaxy S 4 (iliyozinduliwa mwezi huu jijini Dar es Salaam), watapata huduma mpya inayoitwa ADH. ADH (Accidental Damage from Handling), ni huduma inayoilinda simu hiyo ya S 4 kutoka uharibifu kutokana na matumizi ya kawaida’.
Ilikujiunga na huduma ya ADH, wateja wanatakiwa kujisajili na mfumo wa e-warranty na usajili untakiwa kufanywa ndani ya siku 30 tangu kununuliwa kwa simu. Athari ya kutokujiunga na mfumo wa e-warranty kwa muda unaotakikana ni kwamba simu hiyo ya S4 haitaweza kutengenezwa kwa bure pale ambapo itaharibika.

Mgeni rasmi msaidizi wa Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa huduma za Shirika la Reli Nchini,Festo Mwanyika(katikati),Balozi wa Swiden nchini Tanzania, Lennarth Hjelmaker na Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Scania, Steve Wager wakikata keki wakati wa hafla ya Kampuni ya Scania kutimiza miaka 40 ya huduma zake nchini Tanzania.



Meneja Biashara muendeshaji wa Kampuni ya Scania Nchini Tanzania, Joseph Kayuzaa(kulia) akizungumza na waandishi wa habari(hawapo pichani) wakati wa kutangaza kutimiza kwa miaka 40 ya huduma za Scania nchini,mkutano huo ulifanyika Dar es Salaam jana.Kushoto ni Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Scania, Anders Friberg na Mwenyekiti wa Scania Kusini mwa Afrika, Steve Wager.

THE importer in Tanzania, Scania Tanzania Ltd, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. From steadily growing truck and bus sales in early 1970s, Scania’s Tanzania operations have expanded to encompass service and support facilities for the company in the increasingly vital East Africa region.
The anniversary was celebrated in Dar es Salaam, where the Minister of Transport, Hon.Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe was among the guest of honour .The Scania executive management was represented by executive regional director sales & service, southern Africa, Asia & Oceania, Marketing director, Chairman of Scania Southern Africa.
Since 1973, Scania has delivered more than 5000 vehicles to Tanzania, most of them locally assembled. Addressing guests Mr. Anders Friberg, MD of Scania Tanzania said “Scania Tanzania can today show an expanding operational base and an extended service network in Arusha, Mwanza, Mbeya, and Tanga with plans for expansion into other regions”.
The very first order for Tanzania came from a Chinese company 40 years ago which launched the Tazara railway project where the company purchased 200 tipper trucks from Scania.
To date, Scania Tanzania is the wholly owned subsidiary of Scania AB, Importing and stockholding of Scania heavy duty trucks, buses and spare parts supply.
“Customers in Tanzania are increasingly realising the significance of overall operating costs in their vehicle purchases”, Mr. Friberg added.
Scania vehicles have over the years earned high reputation among its customers due to its strength, reliability and availability of after sales services.
Scania has plans to expand its business by focusing on other segments like (mining and construction, special purpose vehicles i.e., Fire trucks, military vehicles garbage / refuse collector vehicles),
We welcome customers and other transport stakeholders to try and enjoy Scania product and services.
SCANIA OVER THE YEARS;
1980s- Scania signs a joint venture agreement with the Tanzania government to build an assembly plant in Kibaha, approximately 40 kms outside Dar es Salaam.
